Pefektno kuvana jaja

Evo još nekoliko recepta za Uskrs…danas ćemo naučiti kako da skuvamo perfektno kuvana jaja, bez onog zelenog obruča oko žumanca…navratite i sutra, jer ću nastaviti sa receptima za Uskrs.


Sastojci:

3 kasike soli
185 ml sirceta
4.5 l vode
24 jajeta


Priprema:

U vecu serpu pomesati so, sirce, vodu i pustiti da provri.

Dodati jedno po jedno jaje sa resetkastom kasikom, pazljivo da ih ne polupate. Smanjiti temperaturu na vrlo blago kuvanje ( kod mene je to 1, znači na najmanju temperaturu ) i kuvati 14, pazite 14 minuta.

Kuvana jaja izvaditi iz vrele vode i staviti ih u LEDENU vodu, ili pustiti da hladna voda ide preko njih, hladiti ih 15 minuta.

Perfektno skuvana jaja

Pre spustanja jaja u vrelu vodu, oprati ih i ostaviti oko pola sata na sobnoj temperaturi, jer staviti hladna jaja u vrelu vodu popucace vam, zbog velike razlike u temperaturi.

Ako zagrevate jaja zajedno sa vodom, kuvati ih tacno 5, ali 5 minuta i odmah ih hladite sa LEDENOM vodom, dobicete isto ovako lepo kuvana jaja.

Ovakvim postupkom cete dobiti perfektno kuvana jaja, koja ce se mnogo lako oljustiti, bez da ostetite jaje i necete imati onaj zeleni krug oko zumanca.


Ako vam neko jaje pukne, nije do ove metode kuvanja nego u zavisnosti od opne jajeta.

Perfektno kuvana jaja 1
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons salt
185 ml vinegar
4.5 liters of water
24 egg

Preparation:
In a bigger pot mix in salt, vinegar and water and let it boil.
Put one egg at a time with the spoon Reduce the temperature to cook very gently and cook for 14,but 14 minutes, not a minute longer.


Boiled eggs remove from the boiling water and place them in ice water, and let the cold water run  over them, cool them for 15 minutes.
Perfectly cooked eggs
Before lowering eggs into boiling water, wash them and leave for about half an hour at room temperature, if you put it cold eggs into boiling water they will crack, because of the large difference in temperature.
You can put cold eggs together with cold water and when water is starting to boil,cook them exactly 5, but 5 minutes and immediately cool with ice water, you will get the same nice  boiled eggs.
With this process you will get a perfectly cooked egg, that will be much easy to peel off without damaging the egg and you will not have the green circle around the yolk.

If any egg breaks it is not by this method of cooking it  depend on the membrane of the egg.

  1. Stavljam isto kao ti so I sirće ali u hladnu vodu I jaja sobne temperature kad provre onda isto smanjujem temperature I kuvam 10 min. zatim u ledenu vodu. Slično ali nije isto:-)

    Probaću na tvoj način baš me je zaintrigiralo stavljanje u ključalu vodu I 14 min.:-)

    Zavidim ti na belim jajima, ovde ih je skoro nemoguće naći.
